5. 汤锅加水放入姜片、洋葱末、料包、加料酒

6. 加入羊排,锅开后大火转小火炖1小时左右至羊排熟,途中加盐调味。

牛羊香调料包是什么东东? 不可以用家常调料代替吗?

貌似那个包装好的调料我们这里没有也,家里冰箱里面有羊肉,就是不知道怎么做,这下学习了!
